Training and Development Business Partner

The Training and Development Business Partner will work within the human resources department, reporting to the corporate HR Director. This position oversees one direct report. Our team is small compared to similar-sized companies. We are a high-performing, committed group, and very excited to welcome a true learning professional to the team. We need your expertise to deliver high-quality, focused training and professional development initiatives to all areas of our organization.
This role will be located in our Englewood, Colorado corporate offices but will require some travel to our other locations.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Annual Salary (Paid Weekly)
Desired Qualifications
· 3-4 years of organizational development experience, or a combination of education and experience
· Comprehensive knowledge of the adult learner and adult learning theory
· Knowledge of Oracle LMS and Articulate 360 platforms or similar platforms
· The ability to create dynamic training in SCORM, HACP, or similar protocol
· Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
· Experience in the retail and/or logistics fields is a strong plus
· The ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally
