      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, plan, and conduct training for Team Decision-Making (TDM) meeting facilitation
      - Coordinate scheduling of training throughout the state
      - Train TDM participants on their roles in the meetings
      - Monitor employee progress throughout the training program to ensure compliance
      - Observe and assess trainers for fidelity in TDM facilitation and provide coaching

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience in administering, developing, supervising, or delivering family and child-related social services, training, or facilitating team meetings
      - A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, social science, business administration, public administration, public health, health administration, or a related field AND five (5) years of relevant experience
      - A Master's degree in social work, psychology, social science, health care, or a related field AND three (3) years of relevant experience
      - Ability to travel within Washington state for in-person meetings and training
      - Valid driver's license for operating a vehicle on official business

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with state and federal statutes related to child protection and child welfare
      - Demonstrated understanding of anti-racism and diversity issues in child and family services
      - Experience with DCYF child welfare programs and policies
      - Familiarity with facilitating family decision-making meetings
      - Knowledge of community agency programs impacting service delivery to children and families
