What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Train new employees on workflows, procedures, and management systems, including Applied Epic and CSR24
- Provide ongoing training for existing employees on workflows and procedures
- Lead workshops on various topics, including new workflows and refresher courses
- Collaborate with the Training Team, employees, team leaders, and various departments
- Maintain training records, materials, and assist with Help Desk activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance experience
- Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required
- Experience using Applied EPIC Agency Management system in a previous insurance-based role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to effectively present material and information both on-site and virtually

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous training experience in an insurance setting
- Both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines insurance experience
- Professional designations such as CISR or CIC
