      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, coordinate, and deliver role-based orientation for new Children's Justice Initiative team members
      - Review performance reports and identify courts needing additional training in collaboration with program teams
      - Develop training materials for internal and external stakeholders related to children's justice
      - Provide best practice training on children's justice-related topics, including the Indian Child Welfare Act
      - Consult with the State-Tribal Partnership Project Manager to develop training and resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in education, behavioral science, public, business, information technology, court administration, or related field
      - 1-2 years of experience in teaching, training, and/or educating professional audiences
      - Knowledge of adult education principles and employee development
      - Understanding of court procedures, legal documents, and laws related to the court
      - Ability to assess training needs and implement program improvements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with children's justice and child protection issues and trends
      - 3-5 years of experience in employee training and adult education in a judicial or legal environment
      - Knowledge of curriculum development and adult learning principles
