      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Optimize the effectiveness of the Sales and Service team through training and enablement programs
      - Design, develop, and deliver educational content for onboarding and ongoing training for the sales team
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop go-to-market strategies
      - Manage inquiries and support timely resolution of sales technology issues and user questions
      - Analyze performance data to monitor program effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - 5+ years of related experience in training, sales enablement, or a similar field
      - Exceptional communication skills and successful history of cross-functional collaboration
      - Experience working with stakeholders and influencing outcomes
      - Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Salesforce, Highspot, or related products
      - Continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) experience
      - Sales Enablement Certification (to be completed within 12 months)
      - Strong skills in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
      - Experience cultivating a contemporary sales organization through learning and development initiatives
