      Training and Recruitment Manager

      Are you ready to take your career up a gear. We have a vacancy for a Training and Recruitment Manager at Stagecoach Manchester.

      As our Training and Recruitment Manager you’ll be leading our training team as we strive to provide industry leading development, for new and existing staff, and recruit the very best people into our business. Use of Workday would be advantageous.

      What we want from you

      The successful candidate will have training, management and bus industry experience.

      You will bring a commitment for developing our training proposition with passion and flare; looking after and developing our team while ensuring our resources are used efficiently – keeping a close eye on compliance and reporting.

      You’ll need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail alongside good organisational and communication skills.

      Our Training and Recruitment Manager will be fundamental in driving change forward.
