What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain course curriculum for all Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions
- Collaborate with the Education & Development (E&D) manager to evaluate training effectiveness
- Conduct company training programs and address specific training needs with leadership
- Create educational materials, including workshops, videos, and one-on-one training sessions
- Assist in the rollout of new systems, processes, or updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with physician practices, is preferred
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions and creating training materials
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AthenaIDX (formerly known as Centricity Business)
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for physician practices
- Experience in e-learning module creation using platforms like Captivate, Articulate, or Camtasia
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, including templates and review processes
