What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and develop instructional materials, including training manuals and competency evaluation tools
- Create and produce training materials for continuous education and training of department representatives
- Develop and deliver compliance-specific training for all employees in the Revenue Cycle
- Evaluate new hires’ readiness by utilizing assessment tools and preparing training status reports
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training gaps and develop supplemental training programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of Revenue Cycle experience in areas such as Pre-Access, Patient Access, or Patient Financial Services
- Intermediate understanding of front and back end Revenue Cycle processes
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Captivate
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Train the Trainer Certification upon hire preferred
