What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain training programs for the Genesys portfolio of solutions
- Deliver Customer training sessions both onsite and remotely
- Coordinate training phase of projects and develop project training strategy
- Provide training surveys to capture metrics related to training participation and trainer performance
- Support Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing for projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Experience with web conferencing and presentation applications
- Basic understanding of contact center metrics and operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience with Genesys Cloud CX
- Current Genesys Cloud CX related certifications
- Industry certifications for training and/or technical experience
- Extensive understanding of contact center metrics and operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio
