What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in developing curriculum and training plans for Insurance services
- Collaborate with the Director of Training on best practices for training programs
- Evaluate skill-based assessments and observations to enhance training materials
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions for employee development
- Coordinate logistics for training delivery and preparation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for New Hire Basic training as needed
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in curriculum development and training programs
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in insurance training or related field
- Certification in training and development
