What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess and update existing training materials for relevance and accuracy
- Develop comprehensive training methods and materials, including curriculum design
- Create engaging and interactive training content to enhance learner engagement
- Collaborate with cybersecurity SMEs to translate requirements into effective training materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve instructional strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or a related area
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM
- Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance and the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and e-learning authoring tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and compliance requirements
- Experience developing training materials for cybersecurity professionals
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP or CTT+
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks or experience in dynamic environments
