What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, support, and coordinate training and development activities for end users
- Develop and write training documentation, including user instructions and reference guides
- Deliver training presentations to individuals or groups of end users
- Create storyboards, use cases, and test scenarios
- Provide training on the Team Center environment and reporting methods

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of technical experience in Logistics IT or IT support of Engineering activities
- At least two (2) years of experience with PLM software, preferably Siemens Teamcenter®
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within NAVAIR or with logistics support programs
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
