      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct mandatory mine safety and health training classes for the mining community and contractor employees across Arizona
      - Develop and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and curriculum manuals for various safety topics
      - Maintain and service the assigned agency vehicle, ensuring accurate records and proper equipment is available
      - Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs and maintain accurate training records
      - Assist in the planning and implementation of agency programs, seminars, and community outreach initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, public administration, or a related field from an accredited institution
      - One year of experience in training, with additional mining experience qualifying for education substitution on a year-for-year basis
      - Certification as a Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) approved instructor
      - Minimum of two years of mining experience and ability to instruct current Basic First Aid & CPR information
      - Strong knowledge of Arizona Mining Codes, federal regulations, and training methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in mining and teaching knowledge or experience
      - MSHA Certified Blue Card Instructor certification
      - Basic to high-level knowledge of federal CFR standards and other industry regulations
      - Familiarity with FA/CPR/BBP subject matter
      - Strong public speaking and motivational skills
