Description
SUMMARY
The Training Specialist will conduct customized onsite training for clients. Working collaboratively with the Implementation team. The Training Specialist will also play an instrumental role in creating and maintaining instructional materials for the online academy as well as developing an instructional plan for delivering training that meets the needs of our clients and takes into account best practices in the education sector. Additionally, the Training Specialist will perform presentations at conferences and special events.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct prepare planning calls with clients
- Create customized training plans for clients
- Document training plans and follows up with clients
- Book travel arrangement
- Conduct onsite training
- Conduct presentations for conferences or special events
- Collaborate with the Implementation team to develop an online training plan
- Create documents for the Clear Touch Academy
- Review and give feedback on video content created by the team
- Attend weekly Zoom team meetings
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Education or other related fields
- Classroom experience 5+ years
- Strong understanding of best practices in the field of education
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Background in technology integration in the classroom
- A high degree of creativity and problem solving
- Video editing experience
- Fluent using Google Drive and OneDrive
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Able to conduct a Needs Assessment
- Content Creation skills
- Curriculum Design experience
REQUIRED, SPECIALIZED OR TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE - Experience with Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Experience with Google Suite, Zoho CRM, and OneDrive
- Experience with video editings such as Camtasia or iMovie
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Experience working in various operating systems including Windows, Android, and Mac
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Equipment Utilized: panel, computer, network, software, cell phone, tablet, webcam
Physical Activities: standing for long periods, conducting full-day presentations
Visual Acuity: heavy acuity is required in this position.
Physical Demands: driving, moving panels, standing
WORK CONDITIONS - Up to 50% travel to meetings and activities throughout the region with the possibility of overnight stays periodic and scheduled in advance.
- There is no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions with the exception of weather-related travel conditions.
Compensation: The hiring range for this position is $57,000-$77,000. Commission on Software and Professional Development sales.
