      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain training course materials for personnel transactions, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related subjects
      - Schedule and conduct training sessions using various methods and tools
      - Assess training needs, evaluate course effectiveness, and provide recommendations to management
      - Create and present new desk procedures and reference materials related to HR functions
      - Lead special projects within the Human Resources Specialized Transaction Section

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eligible for appointment and pass required examinations
      - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
      - Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Background investigation clearance required prior to hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in training and development within a public service or government setting
      - Familiarity with payroll and personnel transaction processes
      - Knowledge of HR systems and tools relevant to training and development
      - Previous experience leading special projects or initiatives
