What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate various training materials from English to Japanese, Korean, or Simplified Chinese, and review existing translations
- Localize training materials by providing relevant examples and localized content
- Collaborate with Learning Content Designers to develop effective learning assets
- Manage and prioritize training program updates and requests from internal and partner staff
- Follow established schedules for training program updates and communicate changes effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience translating, reviewing, or creating content in Simplified Chinese environments
- Advanced skills in Articulate: Rise 360 & Storyline 360, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere)
- Demonstrable experience using Translation Management software
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on accuracy
- Fluency in English and native proficiency in Simplified Chinese, Japanese, or Korean

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in e-learning, instructor-led learning, or virtual instructor-led learning environments
- Knowledge of localization techniques and the translation process
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality results
- Experience working in both Mac and Windows environments
