What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct training sessions for software applications used by client users and hospital employees
- Collaborate with client project teams to develop and execute project education plans
- Ensure compliance with protocols and FDA regulations through close coordination with technical staff
- Maintain up-to-date training records and feedback on software performance from customers
- Facilitate the deployment of educational resources within project timelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Lab Systems, Medical Technologies, or a related scientific field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a blood bank or transfusion service environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a user-friendly manner
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time, primarily by plane, including occasional weekends or short notice trips

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a trainer in a medical discipline, preferably Transfusion Medicine
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and software course facilitation
- Experience managing multiple educational projects simultaneously
- Background in FDA-regulated environments and curriculum development using various delivery methods
