- Manage a portfolio of renewable energy tax credit transactions, including model updates and risk analysis.
- Analyze partnership financial statements, tax returns, and monthly operating reports.
- Incorporate actual financial results and forecast changes quarterly; perform sensitivity analysis and update for annual tax return filings.
- Collaborate with TOI origination and asset management groups to understand deal-specific dynamics.
- Engage with outside clients (sponsors) to resolve issues related to assigned transactions.
- Work with TOI origination, asset management, and technology groups to automate pricing models and systems.
- Provide support and analysis for asset workouts, dispositions, and ad hoc requests.
- Develop an understanding of financial results for assigned transactions and communicate insights to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong analytical skills, including partnership tax and accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula composition skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred.
- Economic modeling experience is a plus.
- Experience in renewable energy investments or tax equity transactions.
- Familiarity with financial modeling software or tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to renewable energy investments.
