      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
      - Review claims platforms, research, and analyze treatment to determine claims relatedness
      - Validate contact information and accident-related injuries
      - Prepare Subrogation demand packages for submission to insurance carriers
      - Conduct outbound calls to gather information from attorneys and insurance companies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Minimum of 1 year of healthcare claims experience
      - Ability to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours of 8:00am - 4:00pm, including occasional overtime

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience working with medical codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
      - Experience working with subrogation
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
