      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review small to medium refund claims for validity and determine approval or denial
      - Interpret findings based on research of Arizona Revised Statutes and Administrative Code
      - Ensure accuracy of tax adjustments in the tax system and create refunds accordingly
      - Respond to taxpayer inquiries received in the refund email box
      - Collaborate with coworkers to ensure accurate processing of claims

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Any combination of education and experience that meets the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) for this position
      - Minimum of one (1) year of related auditing experience
      - Basic knowledge of transaction privilege and use tax laws, policies, and procedures
      - Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tax reporting/accounting systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or closely related field
      - Experience with Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and/or LEAN
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
