      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize the employer's contract management system, Agiloft, for all contract processing from initial draft through execution
      - Review and/or draft various legal contracts and advise internal clients on potential legal risks
      - Assist in the day-to-day management of Agiloft contract records
      - Educate and support end users in following the Agiloft contracting processes
      - Track and manage an assigned portfolio of agreements, validating user submissions and auditing attachments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree is required
      - Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, with at least 3 years as a transactional paralegal
      - Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
      - Strong critical thinking, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
