      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain training materials related to personnel transactions, payroll, benefits, and other HR topics
      - Schedule and conduct training sessions for staff using various methods and tools
      - Evaluate training needs and recommend improvements based on assessments and appraisals
      - Create new desk procedures, reference materials, and job aids for HR staff
      - Lead special project efforts within the Human Resources Specialized Transaction Section

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eligible for appointment and pass necessary examinations
      - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
      - Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills
      - Knowledge of general office equipment and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Filemaker Pro
      - Background investigation clearance required before hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in training and development within a government or HR context
      - Familiarity with payroll and personnel transaction processes
      - Strong presentation and public speaking skills
      - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively
      - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues related to HR functions
