What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance in the management of educational records according to regulatory, accreditation, and institutional guidelines
- Act as a liaison for other administrative offices regarding student schedule and academic policy questions
- Adhere to FERPA and other related regulatory requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, faculty, and third parties
- Maintain accurate transfer equivalencies in the Transfer Evaluation System (TES)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to adhere to the University’s service level agreements
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, including FERPA

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a higher education environment
- Knowledge of transfer credit evaluation processes
- Proficiency in CampusNexus or similar academic record systems
- Experience participating in administrative meetings and committees
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
