- Delivering a programme of policy transformations and new people propositions that considers organisational and cultural systems, organisational efficiency and supports our values. Utilising tools, technology, external benchmarking and internal insights to design a strategic policy and propositions framework that improves our colleague experience and employee value proposition.
- A Scrum Master ensuring agile change delivery and coordinates preparation, review and submission of all programme reporting.
- Guiding senior partners, and leading events and workshops with senior colleagues to craft a groundbreaking set of people policies, increase advocacy for the systemic changes required and deliver a creative solution.
- Accountable for transforming our people policies, designing new colleague propositions and contributing to the attraction and retention of diverse talent. Leading cultural change focussed on business outcomes, utilising design thinking and agile change delivery capability.
- Managing the Propositions and Policy Change Portfolio, deliver initiatives with multiple project workstreams and manage any associated implementation risks and budgets.
- Be an experienced Programme Director or Employee Experience Leader that can take ownership for the transformation of all people policies. Utilising data and insights, develops and delivers new colleague propositions that reflect our values, culture, strategy. Be comfortable with deriving data-driven insights and making data-backed decisions improving the overall effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Keep tabs on employment and future of work trends, seeing opportunities to improve and build new colleague propositions.
- Have experience of collaborating with diverse teams to develop the best solution and ensure cultural alignment. Growing capabilities within the team, while personally investing in the growth of own and others' capabilities elsewhere in the organisation.
- Acted as a change maker who can deliver at pace, using innovative, design thinking methodology, agility and strong analytical capability to see opportunities to deliver Premier propositions.

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our hub locations.
