      Overview

      Role Oerview

      The role involves collaborating with the transition manager, PMO, and functional teams to plan and execute specific waves of business process migration from PepsiCo business units/sectors to KCC, in accordance with PepsiCo's transition methodology.

      Responsibilities

      • Managing low/medium complexity lift-shift/fix-shift transition waves within a multi-capability transition project;
      • Preparing, owning, and tracking detailed project plans;
      • Setting up the governance rhythm, including weekly progress status meetings, huddles with the KC team, and meetings with business representatives;
      • Monitoring project deliverables progress: timeliness, completion status, and sending regular updates to key stakeholders;
      • Performing due diligence on the transition wave scope to achieve detailed project requirements;
      • Proactively identifying and reporting risks, and working with respective teams to ensure mitigation plans are put in place and executed accordingly;
      • Running regular meetings with stakeholders;
      • Managing stakeholders, including communication and escalation facilitation if required;
      • Working with the respective teams to deliver service metrics for planned migration, required service documentation, ensuring facilities/seats are available, and delivering the required IT infrastructure;
      • Managing logistics for knowledge capture associated travel;
      • Maintaining transition wave files and folders for future audit purposes;
      • Participating in the design of the scope and audit of the transition.

      Qualifications

      • 2-5 years of experience with project management background;
      • Proven ability to work with different stakeholders, strong stakeholder management;
      • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
      • Understanding of metrics, process improvements, Lean and Six Sigma would be an asset;
      • Proficient with MS Office – MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular;
      • Proven ability to manage change in a fluid, dynamic, and evolving environment;
      • Track record of project execution.
