What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate translation projects within the Translation Management System (TMS) and Project Management System
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to translation processes and terminology guidelines
- Administer the translation project queue using internal and external resources
- Notify management of any localization guideline violations by external partners
- Prepare purchase orders and seek approval for work with external translation providers
- Communicate any changes to project delivery dates or costs to project requestors and supervisors
- Facilitate ongoing relationships with localization vendors and address any issues or disagreements
- Assist in the enhancement and oversight of the Translation Management System (TMS)
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues between the TMS and other systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Less than 2 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Localization, or Linguistics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fundamental language skills in at least one foreign language
- Proven abilities in project planning
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
