You coach and mentor direct reports and/or team members with regard to relevant clinical pharmacology, medical, regulatory, and business knowledge with trustful relationships
You have a PharmD or PhD in an area relevant to DMPK or PKPD or pharmacology or bioengineering and possess +7 years of experience in an industrial setting, with a strong focus on large molecules- additional modality areas are a plus: ASO, siRNA, gene therapy.
You have an excellent understanding of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics, as well as strong communication skills and experience in leadership, with an ability to effectively work with health authorities.
You have solid experience in regulatory interactions with examples of health authority interactions that led to innovative ways of approaching clinical drug development.
You have a track record of leadership of teams displaying VACC leadership styles with references from those who have experienced the effect of your leadership skills. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills including influencing, emotional intelligence, and team spirit.
You can sense gaps in operational systems and develop sustainable solutions.

In the Translational PKPD and Clinical Pharmacology chapter, our purpose is to select the right drug to deliver the right dose and dosing schedule to patients to provide a meaningful benefit through strong collaboration, strategic thinking and regulatory and scientific excellence.
The Opportunity
As part of the leadership team, you are accountable and responsible for functional excellence and strong collaborations in the project leader function for Pharmacokinetics & Pharmacodynamics strategies and assessments for biologics and other alternative modalities. Your insights enable colleagues to innovate, influence and solidify the translational DMPK-PD function. You play a key role in stakeholder management with a particular focus on large molecule research as well as bioanalysts, ADME, disease therapeutic areas and other areas of the organizations. You are interested in leading and managing a team as well as providing strategic direction for the group.
