What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support organ procurement services and maintain the peri-operative phase of recipient transplantation
- Communicate with all members of the Organ Procurement Organization, recovery, and transplant teams
- Facilitate organ offer review, acceptance processes, and ensure adherence to OPTN/UNOS regulations
- Participate in the organ recovery and transplant processes according to transplant center protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and quality monitoring

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or higher or a graduate from an applicable Health Care Technical program
- Minimum of three years of healthcare experience, with one year in direct patient care/contact or Organ Procurement Organization
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 14 days
- Demonstrated proficiency in English for effective communication with patients and team members
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex caseloads with critical thinking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Transplant-related experience
- Health-related certification/registry/license such as Certified Surgical Tech or Surgical First Assist
