What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate routing and rating of air/ocean freight, including quoting customers and managing carrier invoices
- Prepare necessary documents for the import of shipments and customs clearance
- Trace shipments and re-route freight as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve billing issues and customer concerns while building strong relationships
- Pursue new sales leads and promote company services to current clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information and provide recommendations for process improvement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HAZMAT Certification
