What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare-related field
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience with quality assessment knowledge
- Certification in health information management or coding preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and database software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- RHIA, RHIT, CPC, CPC-H, CCS, CCRS, or CSTR certification
- Experience with trauma registry or clinical data abstraction
