What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, refine, and finalize medical documents based on comprehensive scientific evidence
- Participate in working sessions to refine and clarify drafts
- Conduct quality checks on documents before final approval and publication
- Provide updates to the research team on status, challenges, and achievements
- Assist in managing day-to-day operational needs and strategic goals of the business

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in medical writing, policy development, or scientific literature research
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in trauma care and understanding of ACS requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of relevant experience in submitting manuscripts for publication
- History of co-authorship on published literature
- Understanding of the nuances of submitting medical research for publication
