      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze trauma registry data for validity and compliance with ACS/ABA and State requirements
      - Coordinate and perform data analysis for Trauma Service Performance Improvement and research activities
      - Prepare high-quality presentation graphs/reports and effectively communicate findings
      - Manage trauma database responsibilities during designation/verification visits
      - Facilitate and respond to data requests for research, compliance audits, and internal needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management or Computer Science (with healthcare experience)
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in DI Report Writer and trauma database coding (ICD-CM/PCS, AIS in ESO/DI V5 COLLECTOR)
      - Certified Specialist Trauma Registry (CSTR) or certification obtained within 1 year of position
      - Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Health Information Management or Computer Science (with healthcare experience)
      - Research experience, Soarian, Cerner, SIS experience, SQL, R, or Python knowledge
      - RHIA or RHIT certification
