Job Description

Manage travel to site locations, including booking scheduled corporate flights, camp reservations and busing using our in-house aviation booking system (INNFinity).
Supervise and track aircraft utilization and workforce growth and/or reduction in order to optimize the use of Cenovus owned corporate aircraft fleet and build flight schedules.
Assist with commercial travel inquiries, promote the use of Concur (Online Booking Tool) and provide technical support.
Support required to handle potential corporate flight delays (IROPS) outside of core business hours, including working with Aviation vendor, engaging Site Leaders to determine solutions and traveler communication.
Validate and record all aircraft and helicopter invoicing to ensure accurate coding for consistent reporting.
Support and contribute to vendor selection, request for proposals and service level agreements
Ensure compliance by supervising the use of preferred suppliers including approved air charter and helicopter companies, commercial airlines, hotel & ground transportation providers.
Work and collaborate with key stakeholders such as Health & Safety, Security and Senior Leadership companywide to ensure continuous improvement, as well as support the Cenovus Emergency Response Plan (24/7 on call support).
Post-secondary diploma in travel or related field.
Advanced Excel and Word skills including experience with database systems.
Organized and keen attention to detail which includes the ability to maintain a large volume of information accurately, in a format which can be adjusted to meet changing reporting requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including managing multiple email boxes, last minute flight changes and disruptions and large call volumes.
Knowledge of INNFinity (Enroute) Concur (Online Booking Tool), or Logistics and/or Camp Reservations booking system is an asset.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven success at building constructive working relationships with internal and external clients and vendors.
Power BI and Air & Ground Transportation dashboard reporting experience is an asset.
Aviation and Transportation expertise; knowledge of Aviation and Transportation regulations.
Planning and forecasting skills vital to efficiently optimize flight and bus schedules.
Understanding of budgeting, cost control, SAP system including invoicing and reporting.
Ability to manage confidential information professionally and with discretion.
