- Oversee the 24/7 operation and supervise Travel Analysts on various schedules
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and procedures
- Review and coordinate transportation requests for accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain ongoing communication with management, clients, and team members
- Prepare and submit daily reports while monitoring team performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in law, social work, detention, corrections, or a related field
- Strong computer skills in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment
