What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide support and instruction to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors
- Conduct functional assessments and monitor program effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Previous ABA experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the ABA field
- Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
- Advanced knowledge of behavior analysis principles and methods
- Participation in additional professional development or CEU opportunities
- Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
