What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess and support clients' travel needs, providing professional advice and solutions
- Prioritize and finalize travel arrangements using the Sabre reservation system
- Handle invoicing and ticketing processes, including exchanges and refunds
- Reconfirm travel bookings and assist clients throughout their journey
- Research travel destinations and handle customer service issues effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a full-time travel agent
- Strong knowledge of the Sabre reservation system, including GDS formats and e-ticketing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
