Job Description

- Full Time including rotating weekends
- 2nd and 3rd shifts available including a shift differential of $3/hour for nights and weekends
- Starting salary is $18 per hour and is based on experience.
- A record of providing outstanding customer service (1+ years preferred)
- Ability to solve complex problems within an established protocol of procedures and possible solutions
- Ability to think outside the box
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
- Ability to respond to high end clientele with professionalism
- International travel experience and geography knowledge is helpful
- Proven experience in customer support or the travel industry is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

Job Description
The Travel Emergency Department handles incoming calls from American Express Card Members who are facing an unexpected travel situation around the world. The team acts quickly to provide the assistance our clients need to resolve their emergency and get back to enjoying their travel. This may include tracking lost luggage, coordinating emergency cash wire transfers, assisting with hotel check-ins, or helping replace lost or stolen passports. We provide these services real time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
