What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure treatment plans are effective
- Provide support and instruction to families regarding managing challenging behaviors
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze program effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Previous ABA experience and comfort working with families in-home
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel one week per month (travel expenses covered)

- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with families and caregivers
- Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
- Leadership experience or interest in mentoring others
- Commitment to evidence-based practices in ABA
