What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-quality training to new scribe trainees
- Monitor and coach trainee performance and expectations
- Teach scribes how to interact appropriately with providers and staff
- Conduct training audits and quality audits
- Facilitate clinician on-the-job training by scribing with new providers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ months of scribe experience preferred
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM preferred
- Extensive knowledge of provider documentation and medical facility workflow
- Excellent teaching skills and ability to present complex information
- Empathic communicator with the ability to connect with students
- Strong computer skills and organizational/project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a scribe or customer service representative in a healthcare-related service
