Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse (Day Shift)
We're seeking a Registered Nurse for our Home Health team. This is a 13•week contract role, requiring a 40•hour work week and flexibility.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver home health care to patients.
• Document accurately and promptly.
• Manage 20•25 patients weekly.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Live within 30•minute commute of territory.
• Hold a valid RN license.
• Have 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Possess Home Health, OASIS, and BLS certifications.
• Proficient in Homecare Homebase software.
• Complete same•day documentation.
• No employment gap over 1 year.
Additional Info:
• No on•call requirement.
• Pre•approved time off.
• Unspecified scrub color.
• Parking and PPE details provided.
• Weekly office presence required.
• EMR: HCHB/Oasis.
• 2•3 days orientation.
