What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Ensure all travel complies with company policies and federal law
- Collect and analyze data related to operational metrics and generate reports to guide business decisions
- Partner with People Analytics to define dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI
- Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and improve overall data accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of directly related experience in travel, logistics, or a closely related field
- Strong experience with the MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Access or similar databases
- Proven experience creating organizational systems and implementing process improvements
- Ability to work overnight, NIGHT-SHIFT hours to accommodate global travel requests
- Willingness to travel into the Houston office up to 10% for training and meetings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in analytics, ideally within travel, hospitality, or a related industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience reconciling travel or other business expenses
- Prior operational support experience in a federal contracting environment
- Experience supporting employees in OCONUS locations
