What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-quality travel nurse candidates to HCA and non-HCA facilities
- Communicate with Hospital Account Managers and travelers regarding assignments and availability
- Maintain accurate traveler information and ensure compliance prior to placement
- Develop a growing pipeline of potential travel candidates through effective recruiting sources
- Conduct weekly quality control calls to maintain high customer service levels and traveler satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience required, preferably within healthcare
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
