What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with Hospital Account Managers and travelers regarding availability and assignment changes
- Update and maintain accurate traveler information in the Travel Module
- Develop a pipeline of potential travel candidates through effective recruiting strategies
- Maintain consistent contact with travelers to ensure high customer service levels
- Meet or exceed established goals both individually and departmentally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Outlook, Excel, and MS Word
