- Manage all marketing activities in our Standalone Stores by connecting closely with the commercial team, the program management team, and the global marketing teams.
- Manage our innovation-marketing Travel Retail calendar to build omni-channel brand awareness and drive sales at our travel retail partners and airports.
- Lead the extensive analyses of Travel Retail data and Rituals sales, grasp trends, being closely connected with the commercial teams, and getting best practices from the markets to develop a clear Travel Marketing vision and use these insights to support business choices.
- Monitor the marketing budget for your Travel Retail partners and marketing activities (prepares yearly budget request, routes invoices and report on actuals vs budget throughout the year)
- Are part of the Travel Retail marketing team (4FTE) and greater Travel Retail team (35FTE) / Marketing head office team (60FTE)
- Speak and write fluently in English;
- Have 2-4 years of relevant experience working in Travel Retail and/or (Trade) Marketing;
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for stakeholder management;
- Knowledge of Miro is a plus;
- Structured, result-oriented, energetic and have an eye for detail.

Job Description
As a Travel Retail Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the development of the global Travel Retail marketing plans. As a true brand expert, you know exactly how to convert the central Marketing campaigns and activations into successful Travel Retail campaigns and activation by connecting with the traveller on each leg of their journey and understanding their needs. Together with your colleagues from CHO and LHO you will create, execute, and evaluate campaigns and activations monthly. This means you need to be creative, have strong stakeholder management skills, have an eye for detail, and work efficiently and structured.
Next to that you will be responsible for all Marketing activities in our Standalone stores connecting closely with the commercial team, the program management team, and the global marketing teams. Furthermore, as a true brand specialist you will be the organiser and gatekeeper of all the Global Travel Retail Events and Conferences, such as TFWA WEC in Cannes, and TFWA APEC in Singapore.
