      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take inbound calls from Travel Agents (and direct guests, when applicable) and use professional sales techniques to make reservations and enhance guest's experience
      - Communicate with guests, Travel Advisors, and internal employees regarding cruise vacation reservations
      - Respond to callers' needs, questions, and requests with attention to detail and accuracy
      - Utilize multiple systems and resources to create and service bookings and provide information
      - Meet or exceed department performance metrics and goals while ensuring customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
      - Experience working in a high-volume call center preferred
      - Proficiency in computer business applications and reservations systems
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
      - Organizational skills and ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure
