What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from Travel Advisors and direct guests to facilitate cruise vacation bookings
- Navigate a high-volume contact center environment while ensuring excellent customer service
- Assess and respond to callers' needs, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Utilize multiple systems and resources to assist with bookings and inquiries
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training to enhance sales techniques and communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales and customer service roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated, especially in a remote setting
- Proficiency in computer business applications and knowledge of computerized reservation systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
