What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from Travel Advisors and direct guests to assist with cruise vacation bookings
- Navigate a high-volume contact center environment while providing excellent customer service
- Evaluate and respond to callers' needs, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
- Utilize multiple systems to create and service bookings and answer inquiries
- Participate in team meetings and training to enhance sales techniques and communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in sales and customer service roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote environment
- Proficiency in computer business applications and computerized reservations systems
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
