What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from Travel Advisors and direct guests, utilizing professional sales techniques to book cruise vacations
- Navigate a fast-paced contact center environment while ensuring excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Utilize multiple systems to assist with bookings and respond to inquiries effectively
- Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators for the Consumer Sales Department
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in sales and customer service roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated while working from home
- Proficient in computer business applications and computerized reservation systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
