- Curate and manage trips from start to finish, offering best-in-class recommendations and options
- Utilize Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools for booking and communication with suppliers
- Collaborate with global suppliers to secure the best rates, perks, and service for clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for travel and strong knowledge of the industry
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of intuition to anticipate and exceed client needs
- Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience coordinating travel for high-value requests
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating travel
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- 3+ years of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- 1+ year of Global Distribution System (GDS) or other online travel tools experience
