Use your prior warehouse order selector experience to join a team that travels the country completing assignments at one of our 30+ distribution centers.

Like a super-hero without a cape you will help families across the country put meals on the table--by ensuring our customers (grocery stores) have product on their shelves.

• Base pay $25/hr
• Eligible for additional performance-based incentive/production pay (depending on location)
• Per Diem - $210/wk
• 1st assignment duration of 1300-hours
o $2,500 bonus (graduate from training)
o $5,000 bonus when complete 1300-hours
• Additional assignments (offered based on operational need)
o 650-hours ($3,000 completion bonus)
o 1300-hours ($7,500 completion bonus)
• Company paid individual hotel room and rental car
• Eligible to transfer out of program at end of assignment to one of our 30+ distribution centers

Job Description

Selectors work individually selecting full-case grocery products from warehouse pick slots using an electric riding pallet jack. You will either use order sheets or an audio headset. You will then fit the cases on a pallet, shrink wrap the bundles, transport pallets to the shipping dock and in some situations, load them onto a trailer for delivering to customers. All of our employees are expected to make safety their top priority.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent full case pick order selection experience in a production environment; 2 years of experience is preferred
• Experience working in food/grocery distribution warehouse
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating an Electric Riding Pallet Jack
• Prior experience and ability to work in all of the following warehouse climate zones is required: Freezer (-20F to 0F), Perishable (28F to 60F), and Dry/Grocery (50F to 90F)
